If you are struggling to come to terms with your past or feel like something is holding you back from living your best life, I invite you to explore this from a place of curiosity, without judgment. As a bilingual and multicultural therapist, I primarily focus on  individuals and couples  who are going through difficult situations in life.

My areas of specialty include managing interpersonal conflict, loss, divorce, trust issues, chronic illness, ADHD, depression, trauma, anxiety, substance abuse, and other life stressors that can be overwhelming. I am here to support you on your journey to reestablish a connection with yourself. My services are offered in both English and Spanish.I can also provide telehealth for secure online sessions or in person ecotherapy appointments in nature.
